Biography
Bio: Katelyn is a New Mexico-based artist and a giant nerd for all things pop culture— especially comics. She is most well known by her social media handle ‘KateKomics’ where she shares her own fan art and comics. She lives with her husband, Joey, and cat, and harshest critic, Dahlia. Comics are her biggest artistic influence, and she aims to bring some of that unique, bold comic style to all of her work. Story and narrative are the main drive for her creative process. She has self-published her work and has been commissioned by several companies as well. When not hunched over a drawing or comic book, she can be found hiking in the mountains, making cosplay, or trying to learn the banjo.
