If you don’t get choked up every time you see Carrie Fisher on the screen as Princess Leia, we don’t want to know you. For those of you that DO love Carrie as Princess/ General Leia, artist Tracie Ching has something special for you. Here is what she had to say about her latest print release.
“I launched a Kickstarter back in 2012 with the intention of creating my first silkscreen prints – one of which was ‘The Princess’. A lot has happened in those 6 years and today’s release is a reflection on those changes and and in honor of the princess we lost. ‘The Princess Redux’ will be a 16×20″ holo foil silkscreen print. It is my first timed edition and will only be available until midnight on May 12th. A portion of all proceeds with go to the International Bipolar Foundation in honor of Carrie Fisher’s advocacy for mental health.”
